Vista restarts the resource manager method

If for some reason you need to restart the resource manager (Explorer.exe process), what would you do? The usual practice is Ctrl+Shift+Del (or Ctrl+Shift+ESC) Go out of the task manager, find the Explorer.exe process, and then stop; new task -> enter "Explorer.exe" to restart the process.
But there is another way you may not know. Howtogeek found this faster way:
Start the menu in the lower right corner of the row of close button area, while holding down Ctrl+Shift, right click here, the menu shown above will appear, click "launch the resource manager" to complete.
End Resource Manager
