Failure of the boot menu due to short time setting

In laptops with dual operating systems, sometimes the boot optimization is optimized by the startup optimization tool, resulting in no multiple operating systems after optimization. Start the options menu so that you cannot access each operating system through the boot options menu. The boot options menu was lost due to boot optimization, most likely due to the loss of the boot options menu due to the loss of the Boot.ini file.

Open the resource manager and go to the root directory of the C drive to see if the file is lost. If the file is not found, you need to rebuild the file as described above. . If the file can be found, it is most likely caused by the user setting the menu display time too short. Many users, especially some special startup optimization tools, are over-promoting the boot speed, and often set the stop time of the boot menu to be short, in order to speed up the boot process of Windows. This often results in an inability to display because the startup menu stays too short. To eliminate this failure, the user only needs to increase the dwell time of the boot menu as appropriate.

1. Right-click on the “My Computer” icon on the desktop and select the “Properties” command to open the Properties window. Next, click the “Advanced" tab in the System Properties window and click the “Settings" button in the <quo;Startup & Recovery"

2, in the "Start and Recovery" window, the "Show operating system list time" check box is selected, click the time box after it, set its time For an appropriate value, such as 30 seconds.

3. Click the “OK” button to make the settings take effect, so that the startup options menu will appear at the next startup, and you can enter the system you want to operate by selecting the startup options menu.
