Modifying the Remote Desktop Port to Make Win Vista Safer

  
Windows Vista supports remote desktop and terminal service connections so that remote users can control the local computer. For anti-virus software, the remote control of this terminal service is a Trojan that cannot be killed.

Enter regedit in the Windows Vista start menu to open the registry editor, navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlTerminal ServerWdsrdpwdTdstcp branch, you can find a PortNumber type REG_DWORD button on the right, we double-click to modify it to be non-3389 port, as shown in FIG:

Note: 1 to 1024 because the port has been assigned full, in order to prevent conflict of proposed changes to the 1024 port 65535 at any port as well, such as 2007,2038 and the like.
