Reasons and solutions for slower copy files in Vista

The main reason for Vista's slow replication is caused by its remote differential compression service. Because it copies or moves the same disk as remote transmission, it is copied or moved. The data will be compressed at the beginning, then transferred, and then decompressed after being passed to the destination, which makes the file copying or moving complicated and long. It is therefore known why Vista is slower when copying files!

To really solve this problem, please follow the steps below:

1) Click the Start menu, enter the Control Panel, select "Programs" to open "Programs and Features".

2) Under "Programs and Features" select "Turn Windows features on or off".

3) Wait a moment, the "Windows function" option box appears, remove the "remote differential compression" option inside, and then click "OK", then restart the computer to improve the file copying slow problem.
