Solution for application initialization failure under Vista

This article describes the solution to the failure of normal application initialization (0XC00000xx) in Vista system.

1. Check if there is a Trojan or virus in the system. Such programs often irresponsibly modify the system in order to control the system, resulting in an operating system exception. 4. Delete and recreate the files in the Windows/System32/Wbem/Repository folder

Delete all files in the Windows/System32/Wbem/Repository folder (create a backup copy of these files before deleting them). Open Services and Applications, click Services, then open and start the Windows Management Instrumentation service.
