VISTA does not receive mail (0x800CCC19) solution

A friend recently bought a pre-installed VISTA notebook. Since the work needs to use OUTLOOK to receive mail, OUTLOOK is upgraded to Windows Mail on VISTA. I have a very strange problem. When receiving emails with attachments, progress The bar stops there, and after a while the mail server connection timeout is displayed with error code 0x800CCC19.

I tried a lot of methods and didn't solve it. Finally, I found a solution on a foreigner's post. The method is as follows:

1. Right click on the mouse -> "Command Prompt" in the attachment, select "Open as administrator";

2. Enter "netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disable" on the command line;

After receiving this, the mail will be normal.
