Optimize the speed of IE7 browser to open web pages

Now many of my friends have upgraded to IE 7. You may have encountered a situation where you can't open a website for a long time. When you wait, IE suddenly prompts "XXX error on the page. Please turn to XXX URL to try again. Information like that. If you are lucky, maybe IE will open this page, but that is only after you have exercised your patience.

If you leave the problem of the web server, many times users can improve the speed of IE to open/browse the page by modifying the default property settings of IE. Today, I would like to share with you the method of modifying the default settings of Windows Vista IE 7, I hope to bring you a real "affordable".

Open IE first) -internet option - regular - set - use disk space (here defaults to 93M), change the size to 1M.

Windows's willingness to use disk caching is to speed up the browsing speed of the webpage, but the process of using it is not the case. After many experiments, the speed of browsing is changed to 1M and the browsing speed is fast. Some websites are very slow and I don't know why.

Right-click the IE 7 icon on the system desktop, select "Properties", and switch to the "Advanced" option in the pop-up dialog box:

Cancel the system default selection as follows: < Br>

1. Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connection;

2. Warn about certificate address mismatch;

3. Click "Disable counterfeit website filtering";

4. Check if the issuer's certificate is revoked;

5. Check the server certificate revocation;

6. Check the signature of the downloaded program;

7. Issue a warning when the submitted POST is redirected to an area that is not sent to it;

8. Enable integrated Windows authentication;

9. Enable FTP file view;

10 Use passive FTP;

In addition to the above items, there are some options that can be canceled, but this requires everyone to filter according to their needs, and the options listed above can be canceled. Check it.

A friend may ask, why did you cancel the default tick options, and the speed at which IE 7 opens/brows the page will be faster?

For example, for example, "warning the certificate address does not match", when the user opens a page, IE 7 will automatically call the relevant security check program to "scan" the site, wait until the check After the completion, if the "certificate is not qualified" is found, it will pop up a prompt message asking the user whether to perform an operation. This process actually consumes a lot of time.

If you want to recover, click "Restore Advanced Settings".

IE 7 causes high CPU usage, slow web page resolution

1. There is an add-on management in the "Tools" option of IE 7. Disable unsigned and unused add-ons.

2. Due to the new version of Kabbah, KV, Jinshan, Rising and other anti-virus software have added real-time monitoring of web pages, plug-ins, emails, which undoubtedly increased the system burden. Unnecessary monitoring functions such as Kabbah's mail monitoring can be turned off in these software related setting options.

3. If the above situation occurs after booting, it will be turned off. Then there may be some software that is started with the system. Run the input "msconfig", go to "Start", uncheck the hook in front of the suspicious option, and restart the computer. Test repeatedly until you find the software that caused the failure. Or you can use some software to achieve the above purpose.

4. The worm replication in the system may also cause a rapid increase in CPU usage. If the CPU usage of key system processes such as svchost.exe and lsass is particularly high.

5. In Windows XP, when the 445 port receives the connection request, the system will automatically allocate memory and CPU resources for these connections. If the 445 port receives too many connection requests (such as being attacked), it will cause CPU usage increases. The solution is to open the registry editor, find [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services \\lanmanserver], create a new REG_DWORD value named "maxworkitems" in the right pane, and set its value to "1024" (if the computer Memory is greater than 512MB) or "256" (if the computer's memory is less than 512MB).

6. If you are using the original Windows XP, right-clicking in the "Explorer" will also cause the CPU usage to reach 100%. Microsoft has released a patch to solve this problem, and the patch will be installed automatically using the automatic update feature.
