1. Open the Control Panel < Br>

2. Click Add/Remove Programs

3. Click Add to remove windows components

4.Open the attachment

5. Select “Multimedia”( Put a small tick on the front)

6. Confirm the completion.

4. Type the following command line at a command prompt and press Enter at the end of each line, where the CD-ROM drive letter computer contains the Windows XP CD-ROM d CD-ROM or DVD-ROM Drive d drive letter, and the path and folder name of the system root key Windows system file (usually key C: Windows):

CD-ROM drive:

cd i386

Expand sndvol32.ex_ system root directory system32sndvol32.exe
