Notifications are no longer annoying, and the Operations Center is a new feature in Windows 7 that lets you control a variety of maintenance and security messages. You can enable or disable notifications for the following features: Windows Defender or User Account Control. If Windows needs your attention, you will see the notification genuine xp system download at the far right of the taskbar. User Account Control
