Unlock WINDOWS XP SP2 10 thread connection limit

More friends who installed SP2 responded that BT downloads are much slower than SP1. In fact, Microsoft has restricted the network connection for security. It only allows 10 connections, and it is limited to the TCPIP.SYS file. To modify. By modifying this file, you can remove the 10-thread connection limit.
First copy this file from C:\\Windows\\SYSTEM32\\DRIVERS to a directory other than the system folder
(Direct modification in this directory will cause the modification to fail due to system file protection)
Ultraedit opens this file, in 00000130h: find 6E 12 06 00 replaced with 62 13 06 00; in 0004F322h: (0004F320h row, third column) find 0A 00 00 00 replaced with FE FF FF 00, after copying to C: \\WINDOWS\\Driver Cache\\i386 and C:\\WINDOWS\\ServicePackFiles\\i386, then copy to C:\\Windows\\SYSTEM32\\DRIVERS to restart the system to remove the restriction.
Note:
1. The above information is obtained online, my friend's system (SP2, 2180, CHS) is successfully modified according to the above method, in the event viewer → system: no more "network connection exceeds security restrictions" The news, BT download speed has improved significantly. If there is a problem that you can't access the Internet, it may be an operation error. Don't look for me if you have other problems.
2. At the same time provide the modified file, the above three directories of the decompression can be restarted.
3. To do this, you must make a backup, in case you have an accident, you can recover.

Because the modified file has exceeded the forum upload size limit, the modified file will not be provided for the time being. Be sure to prepare for backup before you make your own changes!
