Because all office machines are installed with Windows XP, I thought of using the remote shutdown "Shutdown" command. The specific method is as follows:

Step 1

Click “Start→Run”, enter “Gpedit.msc” in the dialog box, click [OK] to open “Group Policy Editor” .

Step 2

Open "Computer Configuration→Windows Settings→Security Settings→Local Policies→User Rights Assignment" on the left side of the "Group Policy Editor" window, select "From" in the right window The remote system is forced to shut down." In the pop-up dialog box, only members of the “Administrators” group are authorized to remotely shut down; click the [Add User or Group] button at the bottom of the dialog box, and then enter “Heyongsheng” (admin account) in the pop-up dialog box. ), and then click [OK].

Step 3

At this time, a "Heyongsheng" user is added to the "Forced shutdown from remote system" attribute, click [OK], and finally close the "Group Policy Editor". "window.

After doing the above operations on the computers of each office, we granted the remote shutdown permission to the "Heyongsheng" user of each computer. When I get off work, I just need to do the following on my machine:

Step 1 Click “Start→Run”, enter “Shutdown -I” in the dialog box, and “Remote Shutdown” will be displayed on the screen. Dialog.

Step 2 Click the [Exit] button and a dialog box for finding a computer appears.

Step 3 Click the [Start Search] button, all the computers in the network will appear.

Step 4

Hold down the Ctrl key and select the computer to be turned off with the mouse. Finally, click [OK], and the computer to be turned off appears in the Remote Shutdown dialog box.

Step 5

Select a suitable reason for closing in the drop-down box of the option, and then click [OK].

The remote shutdown is done automatically.
