How does xp enter safe mode

  
        

There are two ways to enter safe mode in Windows XP environment:

The first way:

1, restart the computer, press F8 quickly, the Windows XP advanced option appears. Select "Safe Mode" in the menu;

2. If there is multiple system boot, when you select Windows XP to start, when you press the Enter key, you should quickly press the F8 key (preferably both hands) To do this, select "Safe Mode" in the Windows XP Advanced Options menu that appears. (learning computer)

Another way:

1. In the Windows environment, click the "Start" menu, then click "Run";

2, enter msconfig , then click the "OK" button;

3, click the "Boot.ini" tab;

4, select "/SAFEBOOT";

5, then click "OK" ” button save and exit, restart the computer;

6, the Windows XP advanced option menu that appears after reboot is similar to Windows2000, select “safe mode”;

7, if you want to cancel "Advanced Options Menu", repeat steps 1-5 above, except that step 4 deselects "/SAFENOOT".
