Literature 2:

Recently, many friends have appeared on the host computer [capable errors in external objects (C0000005)].

Active Server Pages Error 'ASP 0115'

Unexpected Error

/v/index.asp

A trappable error occurred in the external object ( C0000005). The script cannot continue to execute.

Active Server Pages Error 'ASP 0240'

Script Engine Exceptions

/v/index.asp

ScriptEngine generated exception 'C0000005' (Error Located in 'IActiveScript::Close()' from 'CActiveScriptEngine::FinalRelease()'). Copy the code

There are two reasons why this error is currently known! 1. VBScript and MDAC itself make the analysis unstable! 2. ACCESS caused an error! For the ACCESS database, when the size of the database exceeds 50M, the performance of the access will drop dramatically! It will be unstable and there may be other errors in parallel! If your database is too large, then the solution is very simple! Delete useless data, the website is fine, not in quantity, strictly control the size of the database! However, it is not a long-term solution. If you want to rest easy, the best way is to upgrade the database to sql2000 or above! This will solve the problem completely!

If it is because VBScript and MDAC itself are wrong, IDC needs to be assisted! 1. Copy Vbscript.dll from another computer (same system), please backup before overwriting! 2, confirm your system non-streaming ghost version of the system [ghost may be missing files] reinstall IIS services 3, update ScriptEn.exe and madc!
