OTG installation and uninstallation should protect the USB flash drive according to the process.

Nowadays, OTG has become the standard function of Android mobile phones, and many users are accustomed to use the OTG cable to connect the USB flash drive to expand the mobile phone. However, the same as the U disk connected to the PC, the insertion and removal of the "Violence" may cause the U disk to malfunction, and a prompt to be formatted appears. Therefore, using the OTG function on an Android phone is still safe to follow the process. To put it simply, when the mobile phone is connected to the USB flash drive through the OTG cable, you want to safely unplug the USB flash drive. You need to enter “save →storage →USB storage", click “unmount shared storage device> (Fig. 1), Wait for the pop-up "Safely unplug the U disk" message, you can disconnect the OTG line and the phone. Sometimes we may click on the “Uninstall shared storage device” because we need to read the data from the USB flash drive. It doesn't matter, you don't need to reconnect to the OTG line, just click “Install USB Memory” to make the U disk re-identify and use it (Figure 2). Hot Link If your phone is a MediaTek solution and does not support OTG, you can try the OTG Hub line and modify the system configuration file to retrieve the hidden OTG function.
