What is the format of H.264?

H.264 is a new standard for highly compressed digital video codecs. You can roughly understand it as a way to read video formats. H.264 retains the advantages of previous compression technology and there are no other compression technologies. The advantages are first of all high quality images, followed by fault tolerance and strong video compression, as these advantages are now supported by more and more cameras that support the H.264 video decoding format.
