Haochen CAD tutorial roughness symbol fast alignment insert

Dynamic block is a new feature in Haochen CAD2012. The dynamic block is flexible and intelligent. Users can easily change the dynamic block reference in the drawing during operation, and can customize the pinch or self. Define properties to manipulate geometry. This allows the user to adjust the block reference in place as needed without having to search another block to insert or redefine the existing block.

Correspondingly, alignment parameters in dynamic blocks can be assigned to dynamic block auto-alignment. In the CAD tutorial below, we will use the alignment parameter to add an automatic alignment function to the roughness symbol to eliminate the need for manual rotation.

1. Block definition

First, define the dynamic block as shown in the figure below according to the visibility parameter (see Figure 1). It should be noted that in order to facilitate the modification of the roughness value at any time, the text should be defined in the form of a block attribute.

2, add alignment parameters

[aligned Parameters button, click on the parameter prompts for parameters panel placement and alignment direction. There are two types of alignment, one is vertical and the other is tangent. Since the roughness symbol is generally perpendicular to the surface being labeled, the alignment is not modified here, and the alignment direction is directly specified. The default alignment is vertical (see Figure 2).

3, test a dynamic block

Insert roughness dynamic block by selecting the appropriate visibility pinch roughness symbols (e.g. image 3).
