How can KMPLAYER not play rmvb format?

Recently, I found that there are always several media players on the computer. Because there are many advertisements for storm video, it has not been used. And KMPLAYER speed and compatibility are good, is the main player I use.

However, after uninstalling the storm video, KMPLAYER was unable to play the RMVB format movie, indicating that the decoder could not be found. Clicking on the update codec does not help. It is estimated that KMPLAYER shared the dynamic link library file of a decoder with Storm Video, and the file was deleted when the Storm video was unloaded.

After some research, I finally found the problem.

Just search for the drvc.dll file on the Internet and copy it into the directory where the KMPLAYER player is located to resume playback.

User Question Answer:

Q: Why is the latest version of Kmplayer unable to play movies in RMVB format?

A: 1) The latest version of kmplayer does not have a REAL decoder. If you install REALPLAYER software, you can solve it.

2) Playing rmvb with kmplayer is very simple, you can do it green. Installation and use.

First install realplayer v10, the realplayer 10 installation directory of these files:

cook.dll

drvc.dll

pncrt.dll

sipr.dll

Copy it out and put it directly in the kmplayer directory, you can let kmplayer play rmvb movies and music (you can uninstall realplayer v10 later)
