OA (Office Automation), which is almost an IT term that people are familiar with and hear about. But what is OA? However, there are many different opinions and no one. This is mainly because with the rapid advancement of computer technology, communication technology and network technology, the description of OA is also constantly enriched, but no one has ever made the most authoritative, scientific, comprehensive and accurate definition of OA. In fact, the concept of OA is dynamic. Whether it is its extension or connotation, evolution has changed a lot with OA more than a decade ago.

In general, it refers to all kinds of information that can be satisfied with enterprises and institutions, can improve the internal information exchange, sharing and circulation of the unit, and realize office automation and improve work efficiency. Equipment and application software; it does not exist in isolation, but is closely related to and integrated with other management systems of enterprises and institutions (such as e-government systems, e-commerce systems, CRM systems, ERP systems, financial systems). The vitality and role of an independent OA office automation system is weak. - This is also the most comprehensive and recognized concept of OA.

The development of office automation has gone through four stages: the word processing from PC plus personal office software is the first stage. This stage is probably from the 80s to the early 90s. Processing is the office automation of a single machine;
