1. Download the fedora7 dvd iso image file on the c drive; at the same time copy the ISO/isolinux vmlinuz and initrd.img to the c drive root.

2. Download the good Grub for dos (rar file) on the c drive, put the grldr and grub.exe in the unzipped directory under the root of the c drive;

3.Configure the startup file, right click me Computer->Advanced->(Startup and Recovery) Settings->Edit

Add to boot.ini

4. Add

The default is usually fedora and then xp

We change default 0 to default 1

Change title Other to Windows XP

Save Exit

Restart When the machine is in the grub, it will automatically start to xp without selecting it.

This is a personal habit. If you use xp often, then default starts xp. If you often use fedora, you don't need it. Change the default value.

3. Wireless network card configuration

B. Right click on the network on the taskbar. Connect, select edition. There is also a place to configure the wireless network. You need to modify two places, one also The IP address is configured to the same address as the previous one. The other is about the password type. The default is opensystem. To change to a share key, that is, a shared key.

This will enter the password when connecting to the wireless network. You can use the wireless network under fedora. It is more convenient now.
