Cannot insert attachment solution in Outlook body

Usually Outlook's default mail format is HTML, and email attachments are listed below the title bar by default. This is nothing when there are few attachments, but once the attachments are mixed, it will inevitably appear confusing. A long list of attachments, you have to drag the mouse up and down when viewing the text, why can't you insert the attachment gradually according to the body of the mail?

In fact, insert attachments in the message body can be achieved, but it needs to be changed from the default message format to HTML format RTF format. Take Outlook 2010 as an example, create a new message and switch to the Set Text Format tab. Check the RTF format in the format bar.

For Outlook 2007, you can find RTF format options.

By the way tell us about these three formats:

Plain Text format is a very common message format, and now basically all mail systems support this format. But it does not display the format of the text in the message, such as a colored font, or a format such as bold.

RTF format mail can save the original format very well, but other systems except Microsoft software support this format is not very good.

The HTML format, summed up in one sentence, is what format the mail is sent by the user. Its retention of the format and requirements for the mail system reside in both. After the setting is completed, move the mouse to the place where the email body needs to be inserted into the attachment, click “mail-insert attachment".

RTF can contain the format if the recipient is using Outlook The client, using the RTF format is undoubtedly very convenient. Tip: Because the RTF format is only compatible with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange, if the user is using other client products, it may cause the mail information to be lost or unreadable. It's also very easy to restore the default format to reduce the hassle of subsequent viewing. Open the settings text format and reselect the HTML format.
