The following introduces you to the PASV and PORT modes in the FTP connection:
PORT is actually another name of the Standard mode, also known as Active mode. Chinese means "active mode.
PASV is also a shorthand for Passive. Chinese is "passive mode."
What is the difference between the two:
The difference is that because the PORT method needs to connect to the TCP 21 port, the server sends data through its own TCP 20. And you need to create a new connection to transfer the file. The PORT command contains some data that the client does not use, so there is the emergence of PASv.
And PASV mode of course has the advantages of PORT mode and remove some of the shortcomings of PORT. PASV running mode is that when the server receives the PASV command, it will automatically select from port 1024 to 5000, and will use the same port to transmit data without establishing a new connection.

There are many friends. The FTP server does not support the PASV mode. You must take the

Remove the check mark before "Use pasv mode".
3. How to turn off the flashFXP pasv mode
Point menu - "Site" -> "Site Manager" -> Site Manager window ->
"New Site" - > Fill in the "domain name" -> "options" -> remove the "use passive mode" before the check-> "apply".
4. How to turn off the NetAnts pasv mode
Click "Options" -> "Parameter Settings" -> "Proxy" -> "Direct Connection" -> Edit -> Remove the check mark before the "pasv mode" and confirm it all the way back.
