                  IE browser can not maximize the solution is as follows:

To do this, open the Registry Editor, find [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\InternetExplorer\\Desktop\\OldkAreas], then select an option "OldWorkAreaRects" on the right side of the pop-up window and delete it. Find [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\InternetExplorer\\Main] in the Registry Editor and select "Windos_Placement" on the right side of the window to delete it. Exit the Registry Editor, restart your computer, open IE, maximize its window, click the Restore Down button to restore the window, then click the Maximize button again, and finally close the IE window.
