Uninstall IE7 prompts can't find iertutil.dll file

My system is Windows XP SP2. I recently upgraded to IE 7.0, but I am not used to it. I have to uninstall it. I didn't expect to have a big problem after uninstalling. I can see the desktop when I start the computer, I can't get in. , always prompted to find iertutil.dll, why is this? The security mode can't enter, can you let me reinstall the system?

Answer: To solve this problem, you must be able to read and write the system disk. In this case, you can use Windows PE, or if you have dual systems installed, it is much simpler. You can enter another system. The existing system operates. But before you start repairing, you first need to copy an identical version of the iertutil.dll file from the Internet or a friend, burn it to a Windows PE CD, or put it on another system. Once you boot with Windows PE or enter another system, place this file in the %SystemDriver%\\windows\\ system32 folder, then press Ctrl+Alt+Del to enter the task manager and click File → New Task. , enter "regsvr32 iertutil.dll" in it, register this Dll file. After restarting the computer, you will be able to enter the system normally.
