Automatically add mail signatures to Outlook Express

  
                  

Do you want your mail to have its own characteristics? Then add a personalized signature file to the email! So when the recipient sees the signature file, he knows that it is the email you sent. In Outlook Express, open the "Tools" menu, select the "Options" command, pop-up "Options" dialog box, click the "Signature" tab, as shown in Figure 1.

Click the "New" button in the "Signature" column to create a new signature. Make sure that in the "Edit Signature" column, select the "Text" option and enter the text you want to use as the signature file in the input box. Patterns made with letters or symbols are now popular, and you can use this graphic as a signature file to copy this graphic into this input box. The signature file (shown in Figure 2).

After copying, click the “Advanced” button on the right to select the mailbox to be used in the “Advanced Signature Settings” dialog box that pops up. Click the "OK" button. (As shown in Figure 3.

In the Signatures option, select the checkbox for the "Add signatures to all outgoing messages" item in the "Signature Settings" column. The following "Add signature not to reply and forwarded messages" item can be deselected, click the "OK" button. The signature is set up. Try sending a message to your friends! The effect is shown in Figure 4.
