Step 1, Editing the Contact List

Step 3, select the recipient

Very Obviously, you should select "Email" as the document type so that you can send the email to a group of people. Click the "Next" button twice to enter the "Select Recipient" step, as it has been completed in Outlook 2003. The creation of the contact list, so you can select the "Select from Outlook contacts" item, then select all the recipients that need to receive mail in the window of Figure 2, and finally click the "OK" button to return to the Mail Merge Wizard.

Step 4, insert the merge field

Now, you should insert the corresponding merge field in the mail document. First, please position the insert cursor to the corresponding position where the domain content should appear in the mail. Alternatively, you can switch to the Contacts pane in Outlook 2003, select the appropriate recipient, and then select the "Mail Merge" command from the "Tools" menu.
