IE home page forced to connect to a website solution

Recently, when I was chatting or browsing the webpage, I was guided to click on a certain URL, and after downloading a small program, knowingly or unknowingly, the IE homepage was forced to connect to different websites. When I went to the forum for help, I found that many friends encountered this problem. Although the cause was different from that of the connected website, the phenomenon and technique were similar. So sum up a set of methods, and study with everyone, I hope not to be harassed by this malicious program!

First

Right click on IE browser, open the property check internet option to set the home page item Was modified, if yes please change to a blank page and empty the IE temporary folder.

Second

Upgrade Rising Anti-Virus To the latest version, check if there is a virus running in memory (just check the memory).

Third

In the run menu of the start menu, enter the msconfig command to call up the system configuration utility, check the startup items (2000 system can copy MSCONFIG.EXE from the XP system, or you can Use third-party software to view, such as WINDOWS optimization master). Record the file name and path of each unknown startup item, and cancel these self-starting items.

Fourth

CTRL+ALT+DEL Open the task manager and check if there is a program with the same name in the startup item running, try to end the process! (Note that the name It is likely to have the same name as some system programs, that is, the malicious attack program pretends to be running as a system process. There may be two processes with the same name, which is probably the murderer you are looking for.)

Attachment: Known camouflage Process

English file name taskmgr.exe Chinese name task manager

Phenomenon: Two processes with the same name run at the same time, basically can not be distinguished. But ending the correct process will close the task manager, and ending the fake process will temporarily solve the IE automatic connection problem!
