How to transfer large batches of mail at once in Outlook

For the convenience of contact, I usually use Outlook to send and receive mail, and I have set up my own mailbox on the company's computer, so I can receive the letter in the company.

But for a long time, this mailbox also stores a large number of emails. In order to facilitate management, I intend to copy these emails into my home mailbox, but how many copies of emails can be copied. A more troublesome problem.

If you only have a small number of emails, the easiest way is to open the email, then click on "File" and then click "Save As" to save the email to your own floppy or flash drive. In it, start Outlook on your computer and drag the message saved to the floppy or flash drive to the inbox. As you can see, this kind of operation is not too complicated, but if there are hundreds of emails in my inbox, if you still handle it in this way, it would be too much trouble.

After my exploration, I finally found a way to transfer a large number of emails at once: First I open my inbox in the company, press "Ctrl+A" to select all emails (of course you You can also manually select according to your needs, hold down Ctrl to select multiple emails at the same time), then click the right mouse button and select "Forward by attachment", then Outlook will automatically generate a new email (Figure 1), you choose All messages are placed in the attachment bar.

The most critical step is to click on "File → Save Attachment" on the new email, then we can save the attachment to one of my designated directories. (Figure 2), the actual is to save all the mail to our designated directory, and then we will copy all the saved mail to your home computer, and then drag it to your home's inbox , it has completed the transfer of the entire mail. This method can easily transfer any email in Outlook, and I hope to help you use Outlook.
