Solved MSN cannot log in due to "0x81000370" error

MSN Messenger is always unable to log in, there is: "0x81000370 error", uninstalled and installed many times, and then Google searched everywhere, found the following solution.

There may be many reasons why you can't log in to the .NET Messenger Service or have various errors when logging in (for example: "0x81000370 error"). These problems can usually be solved in one of the following ways:

1. The "Date/Time Properties" on your computer is set correctly: Double-click the time to check if the date and time are set correctly.

2. If your account number and password are not saved in MSN, you need to confirm that the account and password you entered are correct (please note the capitalization of the uppercase and lowercase letters and account number).

3. Disable the "Auto detect" setting in your browser. For Internet Explorer users, click the IE Tools menu, click Internet Options, click the Connections tab, click the LAN Settings button, and then clear the Automatically detect settings box.

4. Clear IE cache and cookies: Open Internet Explorer, press the Tools menu, then select "Internet Options", click the "Delete Files" button and the "Delete Cookies" button.

5. If you can be identified there, but you still can't log in to the .NET Messenger Service, it's possible that the message server temporarily shuts down the maximum traffic that is being maintained or reaches the Internet (during peak usage periods). 11. If the Passport site is still unrecognizable, go here: memberservicesnet.passport.com/memberservice.srf and select: "I forgot my password."

I seem to be running the "regsvr32 softpub.dll" command to solve the problem. Just after running the command, I can't log in. After a while, I can log in and record it!
