Ghost reload prompt Error loading system

Q: I used the Windows XP Ghost CD to reinstall the system. When I restarted, I prompted Error loading operating system. I can't enter the system. How can I solve this problem?

A: There are two possibilities, the first one may be that you did not write the master boot record for the new hard disk, some Windows XP Ghost CD integrated WinPM, there is a functional defect: no write MBR boot code, so new The hard disk is not processed by others, and it can't be booted anyway. You can see if your CD has PDTT, it can rebuild MBR, if not, try to type such a command in DOS to rebuild the master boot record of the hard disk: fdisk /mbr

The second one may be this The partition that does not have the system to be installed after partitioning the hard disk is set to "active partition". You can run Partition Magic, set the partition where XP is located to the "active" partition, and save and exit should be fine.
