Easy compression software to easily create self-extracting files

If some friends don't have compression software on their machines, or if they don't use compressed files, your data must be compressed before it can be given to him. At this time, we can use the compression software to make the compressed package into an EXE file. He can extract it by executing the generated EXE file.
(1) Direct generation method
For example, we need to compress the "C:UsersAdministratorDocuments test test?.doc" file into an EXE format file, you can right click to select the file, select "Good pressure" → "Add to compression File" command (Figure 1).

Then in the "Compressed Files" setting window, select "7Z" for "Compressed File Format", and then select the "Create Self-extracting Format Compressed Files" check box under "Compression Options" ( figure 2). Click the "OK" button to compress the selected file into a self-extracting file.

(2) Conversion method
If we have a compression package on hand, we can also convert it to an EXE file by compressing the compression software: start the compression software, and then locate the compression. Under the package folder, select the compression package, and then select "Tools" → "Convert compressed files to self-extracting format" (Figure 2).

Or press the Alt+X button and click the “OK” button to generate a self-extracting file (Figure 4).

We just send the generated EXE file to a friend by e-mail. After they receive it, just double-click it to extract the files in the archive to the current folder (Figure 5). .
