                  Set the CD boot password

  • Set the CD boot password


    Enter the password in the control panel (eg 'ezboot' ), Press the “P” button to set the disc startup password. The startup password can only be set in the main menu.
    Enter the blank password and press the "P" button to cancel the disc boot password.
    When the CD is booted, if the password is incorrect 3 times in a row, the system will automatically restart.

        1) will want to burn the original disk copy all the files to C: \\ EasyBoot \\ disk1 directory.
        (Note: Windows NT/2000/XP must contain the original CD root directory and I386 directory files, Windows 98 requires the files in the setup directory, the N-in-1 CD also needs to be specially created startup files, and configuration related Path.)
        2) Copy the corresponding startup files, such as dos98.img, w2ksect.bin, to the C:\\EasyBoot\\disk1\\ezboot directory to reduce the number of files in the root directory.

          press "Make ISO" button, pop-up dialog box:

          set the CD-ROM directory, options, CD label and ISO output File, press the "Make" button to generate an ISO file.
          (Note: Unless you really understand the "boot file" operational mechanism, otherwise please do not change this option)

          related options Description:
          1) "optimized CD-ROM file", the same content The file is only stored once on the CD, mainly for N-in-1 disc
          2) "DOS(8.3)", which will force the ISO9660 file to be named DOS 8.3 so that it can be accessed under DOS
          3 "Use Joliet" to keep the file name case, while supporting long file names of up to 64 characters
          4) "Set file date", change all file dates of the CD to set values, and make the disc more profession.
          5) "Hide boot folder", try to start the folder ezboot in the Windows Explorer and DOS dir /a command does not display
          6) "Hide all files under the startup folder", function as above , can hide all files under the boot directory ezboot.

            Press the "Tools" button, select "Create Disk Images", the following dialog box:



            select the floppy drive, specify the output image file name, press the "production" button to begin the production process.
            The system will display the progress of the production, you can press the "stop" button to terminate the production process.
            • Generate a new image image


              Press the "Tools" button and select "Generate a new floppy image". The following dialog box pops up:

              < Br> Select the “seed image file” containing the correct boot sector, set the image file size (in KB) and specify the output file name, press the “Generate” button. The required files can be added to the image using WinImage or the upcoming UltraISO 6.55.
