Use Partition Magic to deal with hard disk physical bad sectors

Generally speaking, bad sectors of hard disks can be divided into logical bad sectors and physical bad sectors. Generating logical bad sectors does not have much impact on usage and is easier to fix. What really hurts us is the physical bad sectors.

The core idea of dealing with physical bad sectors is to separate these bad sectors into separate partitions and hide them to avoid other program calls. This will prevent the bad sectors from spreading, so as not to cause greater losses. For this process, we can use Partition Magic6.0 DOS version to complete. After entering the Partition Magic6.0

in DOS interface, we first use the Check For Errors command in the Operations menu to determine the physical location of bad sectors, and divide them into a separate new partition. Later, everyone remembers to hide this "sin" partition so that it is not called. This can be done using the Hide Partition command under the Advance menu.
