Solution:
1. Right click on the small speaker on the taskbar and select [Recording device];

2. Right click and select “Properties>;

3. In the “Monitor” tab, make sure the checkbox in front of [Listen to this device] is removed,

4, click [Level] Select the card, adjust [Microphone Enhancement] to 0.0dB;

5, switch to the [Enhanced] tab, check "Allow all sound effects";

6 Switch to the [Advanced] tab, make sure to check the box below to allow the application to monopolize the device ” and “ give the exclusive mode application priority>, click Apply and OK.
