1. Right-click the sound icon on the taskbar and click on “Playback device” in the selection menu.

2. Under the Sound Window Playback tab, click on the selected speaker and click on the bottom <;Properties”.

3. In the Speaker Properties window, click to switch to “Level”, then balance the microphone, set it to 0, then click OK.
