Skype messaging, calling, video experience
As previously announced, Skype messaging, calling and video experiences have been integrated into Windows 10 systems through several common applications such as Messaging, Phone and Skype Video. These applications provide users with fast, free calls and messaging with other Skype users who use their phones, tablets (using 3G or 4G networks), and PCs (using WiFi).
The same functionality will be integrated in the upcoming new Win10 Mobile preview. When a message arrives, you can reply directly to the Action Center without opening the app. However, it is still in beta, and you may encounter bugs, and more features will be added in the future.

Cortana Improvements
Cortana is now able to intelligently recognize handwritten content, and you can try to set reminders by writing time, place, etc.

Colorful title bar

Improved Start Menu Right-Click Menu
