Win10 system prompts telnet not a solution for internal or external commands

  
1. Right-click the “Start” button in the lower left corner of the desktop and select the “Control Panel” item from its right-click menu to open it as shown:

2, to be opened “ control panel ” After the window, set the "View Mode" to "Large Icons" and find the "Programs and Features" button from the Tools list.

6. Finally, when you use the <quo;telnet” command to log in to the remote server, you will directly enter the login interface, as shown in the figure. At this point, it indicates that the Telnet” command is running normally.
