Win10 compatible with iOS?

Microsoft's move on Win10 mobile phone compatible with Android makes people look exciting, and now almost sure to be able to run apk directly, just wait for Microsoft to wake up ROM in the complete Android 4.4.
At this year's Build conference, Microsoft actually announced the iOS-compatible "Project Islandwood" program (Android: Project Astoria), and now the bridge tool has been released.
Of course, Microsoft does not have the same aggressiveness as iOS running Android apk, but just hopes that developers can quickly deploy ipk as a Win10 universal application with tools.
It's worth noting that the tool is just a less sophisticated early version, even a semi-finished product, and many of the features that were previously demonstrated are not fully covered. Microsoft's intention is to improve through the feedback of developers.
Let's review the project islandwood project points:
• Import Xcode projects into the Visual Studio environment;
• Make minimal changes to the iOS app code built with Xcode. Regenerate the Win10 version of the application;
• Write and debug the Objective-C source code in the Visual Studio environment;
• Extend the iOS application to take full advantage of the features of the Win10 Universal Application Platform .
Microsoft has released code (click) on GitHub to temporarily convert iOS apps to applications running Win8.1/10 devices with x86 and x64 processors.

It is reported that this open source code will be gradually upgraded to support ARM processors. The final version of the iOS porting tool will be released this fall and early winter.
