Blue screens are mostly caused by driver problems. The safe mode boot environment only loads the necessary system files and drivers to eliminate the effects of third-party software or drivers. If there is no blue screen or unlimited restart in safe mode, then basically it can be judged that it is the influence of third-party software or driver, users can uninstall one by one to check.

Solutions
Scenario 1: Enter safe mode to disable discrete graphics driver
1. Press and hold the power button to turn off;
2. Press the power button to turn it on;
3. Repeat step 1 ~2 three times;
4. Confirm whether the screen appears "Repair" interface, if any, click “Advanced Repair Options 
5. Click <;Troubleshoot”, click “Advanced Options & rdquo;, click & ldquo; start settings & rdquo;, click & ldquo; restart & rdquo;;
6. After the system restarts, press the number corresponding to the security mode & rdquo; 4 to enter the safe mode;
7. After entering the safe mode, press the Win logo key + X, click & ldquo; device manager & rdquo;;
8. Expand “ display adapter & rdquo;, right click on the discrete graphics card AMD or NVIDIA select disabled;
9. Restart Computer;
10. If the problem still cannot be solved, force shutdown three times into WinRE at startup, select the advanced startup option, and boot to low resolution mode.
Scenario 2: Forbidden online banking driver
Enter safe mode Try to check if there is PECKP.sys driver under C:windowssystem32drivers. If there is a change to the program, please rename the driver and restart the computer.
The driver is an online banking assistant keyboard protection program, which is commonly found in Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Shenzhen Agricultural Bank, Bank of China, China CITIC Bank, and Minsheng Bank.
Scenario 3: Enter the motherboard BIOS will safely boot secure boot off
Reboot the computer and enter the BIOS;
Enter the BIOS method: After restarting the computer, press the “Del” key in the lower right corner of the keyboard to enter. The general notebook is the "F2" key (if the F2 key can not enter, you can consult the manufacturer how to enter the BIOS).
After entering the BIOS, it is generally as shown below:

Find the Secure Boot option and close it.
Press the up, down, left and right keys of the keyboard to select each navigation folder. Generally, the SecureBoot option can be found in the “Security” folder, as shown in the figure below.

The following "Enabled" indicates that SecureBoot is enabled. We press the keyboard down button to jump to this option “Disabled”, means to close SecureBoot, press Enter after selecting, then press “F10” and press Enter to confirm and save the BIOS configuration.
