After the Win10 preview release, many users want to experience its super charm, how to install it? There are many different methods, and some people like to install the system. Some people like to install dual systems. No matter how many systems, there is a simple installation method. You can try: install Win10 on the virtual disk.
First, let us introduce the virtual disk and its advantages:
The virtual disk exists in the form of a file, the file type is VHD, we can install the system in the VHD file and boot the operating system directly from the VHD.
1, the production is simple, do not use a separate partition to install the operating system, no impact on the original system.
2, some friends will compare VHD with virtual machine, VHD virtual disk is much better than virtual machine in performance, compatibility is better, can experience the real environment, but there is a little virtual disk installation operation The system can not sleep;
3, easy to uninstall, you only need to delete the VHD file and boot menu to clear the system.
Applicable installation environment:
This method is only applicable to Windows 7/8/8.1/10, Windows Server 2008 R2, WinPE 3.0 system, and can be installed with 32 or 64 bits.
Second, the installation steps:
1, download Windows10, open the ISO image. Note: You can use the virtual CD-ROM drive under Win7. You can also use the decompression software to extract the install.wim file from the ISO file.
2, download the new version VHD_OneKey.
3, open VHD_OneKey, first create a VHD and then transfer the Install.wim (win10 system) file to the VHD file, as shown below:

Operating Instructions:
* Created VHD file It can be placed anywhere on the hard disk, but the partition file format must be BTFS format, VHD will not affect other files;
* VHD format can be set to dynamic expansion, which can be automatically adjusted with the size of win10 system. When setting, the VHD size is recommended to be no less than 40G. If you choose dynamic, set it to the maximum capacity. After installation, the VHD will change with the size of the system. It should be noted that the disk needs to have enough space to store it. Causes the system inside the VHD to fail to start.
* Install the WIM location of the VHD to select the install.wim file under sources in the mounted image;
* Image number selection 1 (Windows Techincal Preview);
After all settings are completed, click the OK button Yes, click "Yes" in the confirmation window that pops up. After the VHD is created, it will be automatically mounted. If the system prompts the dialog box to pop up, “Use it after formatting”, you can cancel it without formatting. Wait for the progress to reach 100% and a completion prompt appears.
4, add the boot menu
as shown below, select the VHD just created, click “ mount VHD /VHDX & rdquo;. Pop-up "Read-only mount" & rdquo; prompt when you click "OK".

After the mount is successful, click “Add VHD/VHDX Project to BCD”
5, after the addition is completed, restart can start the installation process of win10 system, the middle may need to input the serial number, but the system does not require input when the small series test, (win10 technology preview version serial number NKJFK-GPHP7- G8C3J-P6JXR-HQRJR) Then follow the normal steps to install the system.
Small stickers: According to the above normal operation, there will be no problem. If the VHD starts with a Winload error, we may need to manually add the boot menu: first mount the VHD as shown above. After the mount is successful, you can see a new disk in the "computer" or "this computer", such as the Z disk. Run cmd as an administrator, enter the following command, and press Enter to create the boot menu.
bcdboot Z:Windows /l zh-cn
