Will win10 have a 32-bit version?

Many users are still using the 32-bit version of Win7 and Win8/Win8.1, and XP users are basically 32-bit systems. Because most of these users should have no more than 4GB of memory, 32-bit systems are already able to meet their daily needs. But now 64-bit system users are more and more, 32-bit systems are gradually being marginalized. For the new Win10: Will Win10 have a 32-bit version?
Microsoft Win10 internal testing plan leader said on Twitter, 32-bit Win10 will definitely be there. Because there are still hundreds of millions of computers running 32-bit systems, Win10 must also meet the needs of these users, and launch a 32-bit version.
Obviously, Microsoft will certainly not lose such a big market. Since Win10 is an ambitious "unified" platform, it must have the basic conditions for most of these devices to be installed. And if Win10 wants to get as much market share as XP and Win7, it must consider the large number of users in these systems using 32-bit systems. So Win10 still has a 32-bit version.
