How to customize Win10 system resource manager?

Friends who installed Windows 10 Technology Preview found that the “File Explorer” fixed in the taskbar is “Opened by default” as “Home Page”, and many friends are asking how to customize the open location. I can’t Tolerate the default "home page" location, it is even more incomprehensible that the system does not allow us to modify. So I specially studied the shortcuts of Windows, and now I can modify it to open any folder!

At first, try to drag the shortcut of this computer of Win10 system directly to the taskbar, but after clicking to open the computer, the taskbar will have an icon of the resource manager. Also, using the create shortcut and pointing to explorer.exe is still the effect. As shown below:

But this problem has been solved by me. Fix the shortcut provided in my attachment to the taskbar, there is no such problem. As shown below:

[Solutions]
1.Win10 system attachment folder 1 shortcut can only open my computer, can not modify the target, but personally feel that the execution efficiency is higher.
2.Win10 system attachment folder 2 shortcuts can modify the target, which means you can choose this when you want to restore to the home page or modify to other target folders.
3. Regardless of which shortcut you choose, please un-fix the original “ File Explorer on the taskbar, then unzip the shortcut in the archive and drag it to the taskbar. Location is fine.
