1. Use U disk to make boot disk into PE or CD. In addition, you should be able to access your system disk C drive.
2. After entering the PE, enter the C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/folder and find the sethc.exe in the current directory.
3. Rename sethc.exe to sethc.exe.bak (back up this file)
4. Then copy cmd.exe to the current directory and rename it to sethc.exe
5. Then copy cmd.exe Change the name to sethc.exe to the dllcache directory under the current directory (/system32).
6. Restart and unplug your boot disk.
7. After booting up to the login interface, madly press the shift button will pop up the cmd window.
8. Enter net user administrator, then account enable = yes. carry out.
