How does Win10 System Resource Manager always automatically refresh?

Recently, some users have responded online, and their Win10 system's resource manager always refreshes automatically. When looking for a file in the Explorer, just pull the scroll bar down because the auto-refresh goes back to the top. How to solve this problem?

Solution:

1. & ldquo; Win logo key & rdquo; + & ldquo; R & rdquo; open operation input msconfig, open the transport system configuration.

2. Under “General” uncheck "<;Selective Startup" under "Loading Startup Items".

3. Switch to “Services>, check “ Hide all Microsoft services", click “all disable”.

4. Switch to “Start”, click “Open Task Manager” to disable all startup items.

5. Restart your computer. When you receive “System Configuration Utility", select “no longer display this message" and click OK.

The above is the Win10 resource manager automatic refresh solution. This problem is likely caused by third-party software. After using the above method to solve the problem, you can check the installed software again.
