Delete HP printer driver and software:

4. Restart your computer.

Reinstall the printer driver:

1. Open the HP printer;

4. Install the driver after downloading (can also be installed directly using the driver installation assistant provided by HP);

Restart the computer and printer:

1. Press the power on the printer Button to turn it off;

2. Turn off all programs running on the computer and restart the computer;

3.Open the printer;

4.Try to print the document to confirm the printer Resume normal work.
