How to open and cancel the defragmentation task of Win7 for personalization

Disk defragmentation is an operation that we often use when we use a computer. Regularly defragmenting the disk can make our computer run faster. In the Win7 system, the system has set the disk defragmentation schedule by default. Some users do not want to organize according to the default settings of the system. What should I do?
Setting method:
1, click [Start]-[All Programs]- [Accessories] - [System Tools] - [Disk Defragmenter], open the disk defragmenter.
2. Click [Configure Plan], and then cancel the checkmark in front of [Plan by Plan (Recommended)].
Note: If you want to open the defragmentation program, do not uncheck the box, and set the relevant options in the plan configuration.
