Cause Analysis: This problem may be caused by a system key that is not recognized by the registry key value.

Solution:

1. Use the mouse to click “Start——Run” Then type "ldedit" in the pop-up window, then confirm; as shown below Shown:

2. When you click OK, the registration editor interface will pop up. We will open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE--SYSTEM--CurrentControlSet--Control--Class--{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1- 08002BE10318}; as shown below:

3. Find and delete UpperFilters and LowerFilters in the box on the right; as shown below:

4. Then we restart the computer and you can see The win7 system can recognize the optical drive.

If your computer encounters that the win7 system does not recognize the CD-ROM drive, then you can delete the wrong registry key value according to the small series, I believe that you can solve the problem.
