This problem occurs every time you run it for the first time.
If you run the management for the first time after each boot, this problem will occur, but there will be no problem after using it again, then please use the clean boot method to eliminate the software interference.
Step 1: Start the System Configuration Utility
1. Log in to the computer with an account that has administrator privileges.
2, click “Start”, type msconfig in the "Start Search" box, and press Enter.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click “Continue”.

Step 2: Configure “Selective Startup&Options
1, on the “General” tab, click “Selective Startup”.
2. Under “Selective Startup”, click to clear the “Load Startup” checkbox.

3. Click the "Services" tab, click to select the "Hide all Microsoft services" checkbox, and then click “ Disable All.

4. Click the "Enable" tab, then click “all disable” and confirm.

5, then click “restart”.
Step 3: Log in to Windows
1. If you are prompted, please log in to Windows.
2, when you receive the following message, click to select the "Do not display this information when Windows starts or launch the system configuration utility" check box, and then click "OK".
