My laptop is equipped with win7 system. I recently found that the battery is not very durable, and when charging the notebook, the battery prompts “The power is turned on and not charged”, but it is clear why the power has been connected. Is the battery not broken? Is the battery broken?

Cause analysis:
The reason for this may be that it has not been charged for a long time, resulting in a loss of internal battery power. The power is serious, just the protection of the computer charging, not overcharge, just set the battery option to solve the problem.
Solution:
1. Shut down, unplug the power supply, unplug the battery, plug in the power, and turn it on;
2, then turn off the power, unplug the power, then install the battery, plug in the power, At this time, you should see the battery indicator light, indicating that it can be charged normally;
3, then turn on the power, it should show that the power is turned on, charging.
4. If you can't do it, right-click on the power option, then click Change advanced power settings, then select Use battery as “Yes , click OK to exit.
