How to unlock documents and settings

The documents and settings folder in the win7 default system disk is forbidden by system protection. To access this folder, you need to change some security settings.
Right-click on the documents and settings folder and switch to the "Security" tab in the properties page.

Then, in the "Owner" tab, the owner defaults to "SYSTEM";, changing the owner to yourself.

You can modify the permissions later. Because ”rejected“ has a higher priority than "allow", so it must be deleted, otherwise it is still inaccessible.
