Win7 can't view GIF image

In the process of using win7, when we look at the GIF image, we find that it doesn't move. It will be very confusing. I used to be able to move it when I was in XP. It feels very inconvenient.
In fact, this really has nothing to do with Win7. In the era of XP, the LZW compression algorithm used by GIF is a free algorithm developed by Compuserv. But later, the compression algorithm used in GIF files suddenly became a patent of Unisys. If you want to develop a program that generates (or displays) GIF files, you need to pay royalties to the company. So in Win7, a lot of viewing software, such as the system's own Windows image viewer, Google's Picasa and QQ images, can look at the picture, Mito look, ACD See, etc. can not display GIF dynamic pictures.
To solve the problem that Win7 will not move GIF images, there are two methods:
Method 1: Drag the image to the browser, such as IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.

Method Two:
Install some plug-ins, you can also solve this problem, such as a software called: Image Viewer for Windows
1, download and install Image Viewer for Windows: Image Viewer for Windows.rar
2 Right-click on any GIF image, select Open Method--Open Default Program

3, find photo library viewer, if there is no recommended program, you can click other programs to find it, be sure to check: "Always use The selected program opens this file & rdquo;, then click OK, try to double-click this image will move?
PS: This photo library viewer has no icon, it does not matter, do not care

Modify the default open program, and it will automatically display it in the photo gallery viewer when you open the GIF image later.
